Terms of Service

Welcome to PagarPlus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PagarPlus platform, software, APIs, and associated web and mobile applications provided by Shivaay Soft.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, registering your company, or utilizing PagarPlus services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you represent an organization or business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, OTP verifications, and passwords.
• You are responsible for configuring appropriate permissions for your managers and staff users.
• Notify Shivaay Soft immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of Services & Platform Rules

PagarPlus is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool to facilitate attendance tracking, production lot management, advance ledgers, and payroll calculations. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of PagarPlus.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our servers and networks.

4. Subscription Plans, Billing & Renewals

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription cycle as selected.
• Features, employee count quotas, and production entry limits correspond to your chosen tier.
• Subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly noted.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, user interface designs, logos, algorithms, and documentation associated with PagarPlus are the exclusive intellectual property of Shivaay Soft. Your business retains full ownership of all data and reports input into the system.

6. Limitation of Liability

PagarPlus provides calculation tools for payroll and production. Employers remain solely responsible for statutory labor compliance, tax filings, and legal salary disbursements under applicable state and central labor laws. Shivaay Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to improve, update, or modify features from time to time. Significant changes to billing or service conditions will be notified via email or dashboard notifications.
